Read the full description
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who combines strong campaign execution skills with analytical thinking, technical understanding of tracking and attribution, and a genuine interest in continuous improvement. You will be responsible for setting up and optimising campaigns, analysing performance data, identifying trends, and recommending practical solutions to improve results.
You will work closely with a specialised internal team and collaborate with external SEO/SEM and web development agency partners to support broader digital marketing initiatives. You will also help connect campaign activity with CRM workflows and contribute to organic and paid social content development using relevant creative and AI tools.
The ideal candidate is comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day campaign execution, proactively identifying opportunities, and learning new systems and processes. You will receive close strategic guidance and support, particularly during your initial onboarding period, with opportunities to develop your expertise and take on greater responsibility over time.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Social Campaign Management
* Set up, launch, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns, with Meta as the primary platform and LinkedIn as a secondary channel.
* Manage campaign structures, audience targeting, budgets, creative variations, and performance optimisation.
* Monitor campaigns regularly to ensure they align with agreed objectives and deliver against performance targets.
* Stay up to date with Meta platform updates, advertising capabilities, and paid social best practices.
Campaign Analytics and Optimisation
* Analyse campaign performance data to identify key trends, patterns, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
* Translate findings into actionable recommendations and proactively implement tactical optimisations.
* Monitor relevant performance metrics, including qualified leads, cost per lead, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall campaign efficiency.
* Maintain clear performance reporting and document optimisation actions and their outcomes.
* Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by investigating underperforming campaigns and recommending practical solutions.
Tracking, Attribution and CRM
* Configure, validate, and troubleshoot campaign tracking to ensure reliable performance measurement.
* Understand how Meta Pixel, Conversions API, conversion events, and lead attribution work.
* Help connect paid campaign activity with CRM workflows and interpret lead and conversion data.
* Support accurate tracking and reporting across the marketing funnel.
* Participate in training for the organisation's CRM platform and apply learnings to campaign tracking and reporting processes.
Training on the CRM platform will be provided. Prior experience with the specific system is not required, but a strong aptitude for CRM systems, tracking, and data attribution is essential.
Social Media Content and Creative Support
* Support the development and editing of organic and paid social media content.
* Assist with ad copywriting, creative variations, content ideation, and short-form video assets.
* Use AI-powered tools to improve content development and streamline creative production.
* Collaborate with relevant team members to ensure campaign assets and messaging align with marketing objectives.
Agency and Team Collaboration
* Work closely with the internal team to coordinate campaign priorities, reporting, content requirements, and tracking needs.
* Liaise with external SEO/SEM and web development agency partners where campaign performance, website changes, analytics, or tracking requirements intersect.
* Communicate campaign insights, technical requirements, and optimisation recommendations clearly.
* Share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvements across paid media activities.
Qualifications and Experience
* 3–5 years of relevant hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally within a similar digital marketing or performance marketing role.
* Strong practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business tools, with Meta as your primary paid advertising platform.
* Working knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and LinkedIn paid advertising.
* Solid understanding of campaign setup, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and performance optimisation.
* Practical understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, conversion events, and lead attribution.
* Experience analysing campaign data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable improvements.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing attribution, and tracking workflows.
* Experience supporting social media content development, copywriting, or creative production.
* Practical experience using AI tools for content ideation, copy variations, or creative support.
* Strong written English skills, with attention to British English conventions.
Relevant training or certifications in digital marketing, paid media, analytics, or communications are advantageous.
Technical Skills and Tools
Essential:
* Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business tools
* LinkedIn Campaign Manager
* Meta Pixel and Conversions API fundamentals
* Campaign analytics, conversion tracking, and lead attribution
* CRM systems and marketing data workflows
Advantageous:
* Canva
* Google tools and Microsoft applications
* CapCut and Riverside Magic Clips
* Claude and Meta AI tools
* SEO and SEM platforms and practices
* Experience collaborating with SEO/SEM or web development agencies
Experience with a specific CRM platform is not required, as training will be provided.
Ideal Candidate Profile
You are someone who:
* Is highly analytical and confident interpreting numbers, campaign metrics, and performance trends.
* Takes a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to campaign optimisation rather than simply reporting results.
* Can independently manage day-to-day tactical execution while seeking guidance when strategic direction or priorities need clarification.
* Is resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable working through challenges and ambiguity.
* Has a genuine interest in learning new platforms, systems, and digital marketing practices.
* Communicates clearly and confidently with internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
* Is collaborative, accountable, and committed to continuously improving campaign performance.
Most importantly, you bring the right attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn. You do not need to know every system from day one, but you should have a solid paid social foundation and the initiative to build on it.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role will be measured against agreed campaign objectives and performance indicators, which may include:
* Quality and volume of qualified leads generated.
* Cost per lead and conversion rates.
* Click-through rates and other relevant engagement metrics.
* Return on ad spend or overall campaign efficiency, where applicable.
* Accuracy and reliability of campaign tracking and lead attribution.
* Timely delivery of campaign activities and supporting content.
* Quality of performance analysis, reporting, and optimisation recommendations.
* Proactive identification and resolution of campaign or tracking issues.
Work Arrangement
* Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
* Fully remote work setup.
* Flexible working hours within the agreed Singapore Time schedule.
* Philippine holidays observed.
* MacBook required, with device provision or ownership arrangements to be confirmed.
Ready to Take the Next Step?
If you have hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns, enjoy working with performance data, and are motivated to turn insights into measurable improvements, we would love to hear from you.
