Responsibilities
* Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across various functions and levels.
* Support job posting and management across recruitment platforms.
* Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Prepare and maintain recruitment documentation and reports.
* Support talent pipeline-building initiatives and candidate engagement activities.
* Assist with university partnerships and employer branding activities.

* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring stakeholders to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
* Support the team in meeting recruitment requirements and hiring timelines.
Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Human Resources.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information appropriately.
* Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
