Role description:

* Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, personal and job data changes or leave of absence;

* Collect information from other departments or notify other departments of information relevant to their processes;

* Some roles may require a voice/contact center component to answer questions from employees related to HR requests;

* Collect, verify, organize or update company personnel records and documentation;

* Provide input for payroll;

* Create HR documents such as reference letters;

* Work with other internal or client teams to execute HR processes;

* Capture new knowledge in the internal database and update process documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

* Advanced proficiency in English and Polish;

* Previous experience in HR Administration / Personnel Administration (preferred);

* Good understanding of HR Administration processes, including hiring documentation and employee data management;

* Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills;

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

* University degree preferred.
