Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Developer/Senior Software Developer with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV to join our growing team and contribute to the development of industry-leading ERP solutions. This is a hands-on role focused on designing, developing, customising, and supporting Business Central applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and maintain solutions in Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV
* Develop and customise extensions using the AL programming language
* Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
* Build and maintain integrations with third-party applications using APIs, web services, and .NET technologies
* Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks
* Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
* Collaborate with Product, QA, and Functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle
* Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
* Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions
* Provide production support, enhancements, and continuous improvements to existing applications

Required Skills:

* 3–8 years of software development experience
* Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV development
* Proficiency in AL programming and extension development
* Experience with .NET/C# for integrations and custom development
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
* Experience with REST APIs, web services, and system integrations
* Hands-on experience with Visual Studio Code, Git, and version control systems
* Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
* Good communication and stakeholder management skill and analytical skills

Good to Have

* Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps
* Experience working on ERP implementations or product development projects
* Understanding of finance, accounting, or ERP business processes
* Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications
* Experience in SaaS or product-based organizations

Education:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
