Position: Junior Account Manager (US-Based)
Location: United States (Required)
Employment Type: Part-time (with potential to grow into full-time)
Rate: $20–$25/hour
Schedule: 4–5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and support client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery
* Assist in planning and executing social media and marketing strategies
* Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure deadlines and expectations are met

* Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reports and insights
* Support content scheduling and campaign execution across social platforms
* Maintain timely communication and responsiveness with clients
* Utilize social media and marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
Qualifications
* Must be based in the United States
* Experience in Social Media Management (SMM) and/or digital marketing
* Strong client-facing, communication, and coordination skills
* Experience working with Asian clients is highly preferred
* Native or fluent English speaker
* Highly organized, patient, and responsive
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
