What You’ll Do
* Design realistic marketing tasks with clear objectives, relevant data, and measurable deliverables.
* Create reference solutions, including campaign plans, market analyses, performance reports, and marketing assets.
* Develop evaluation criteria to assess strategic reasoning, analytical accuracy, execution quality, and alignment with business objectives.
* Review AI-generated work to identify unsupported claims, calculation errors, weak recommendations, and gaps in execution.
* Collaborate with reviewers to refine tasks and ensure consistent quality.
Who We’re Looking For
* Professional experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, product marketing, market research, content strategy, or marketing analytics.
* Experience owning campaigns or projects with measurable business outcomes.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain your decisions clearly.
* Familiarity with tools relevant to your specialty, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Semrush, or Excel.
* Strong written English and attention to detail.
Particularly Relevant Experience
* Paid acquisition, campaign optimization, and budget allocation.
* Customer segmentation, competitive research, and positioning.
* Funnel analysis, attribution, experimentation, and conversion optimization.
* SEO, content strategy, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation.
* Translating business goals into actionable marketing plans.
