Job Description
Primary Focus: Generate and qualify leads through daily outreach, follow up with prospects, and pass qualified leads to the next stage of the sales process. Work closely with the sales team to help turn qualified leads into closed deals.
Role Classification
* Contract position (Remote).
* Compensation: $20 - $75 for each closed deal that comes from a qualified lead.

* 1+ year of experience in inside sales and the ability to generate qualified leads that move to the next stage of the sales process.

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification
* Identify and generate qualified leads through outbound and inbound sales activities, including cold calling, targeted email campaigns, prospecting, lead follow-ups, responding to inbound enquiries, conducting initial discovery calls, shows how products work, qualifying prospects based on business needs and purchasing intent, nurturing potential clients, and booking qualified appointments for the sales team.
* Coordinate with the Sales Leader on qualified leads and opportunities.
* Log customer interactions, update pipelines, and record data accurately using our CRM
Incentive Compensation:
* $20 - $75 for each closed deal that comes from a qualified lead.
* Uncapped commission
* Monthly OTE: $300 - $1,300
* Additional bonus for exceeding monthly qualified lead targets.
