Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Engage in personalized outreach, including phone calls, emails, and social media interactions, to nurture relationships and uncover customer needs
* Qualify leads and facilitate the sales process, working closely with the sales team to convert opportunities into closed deals
* Maintain a strong understanding of our service offerings and value proposition to effectively communicate the benefits to potential clients

* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns to generate and nurture leads
* Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
* Provide valuable feedback and insights to help improve our sales strategies and processes
What You’ll Need:
* Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the B2B / Managed Services industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence decision-makers by understanding the product and unlocking the pain points of the customer
* Must be good at asking and probing questions
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
* Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools i.e., Hubspot
* Enthusiasm for the sales process and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
