Inside Sales Representative – Remote | Phone Sales & Closing
Position Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours
About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to convert inbound and outbound opportunities into paying customers.
This is a high-activity sales role focused on lead follow-up, qualification, objection handling, and closing. You’ll own opportunities from initial conversation through conversion while maintaining consistent follow-up and accurate CRM records.

What You’ll Do
* Respond quickly to inbound sales leads
* Conduct outbound follow-up with prospects
* Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
* Prepare quotes and clearly explain pricing
* Handle objections and confidently close sales
* Follow up consistently on open opportunities
* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
* Achieve individual sales and conversion targets
Requirements
* 2+ years of inside sales or phone-based sales experience
* Proven closing and objection-handling ability
* Strong written and verbal English communication
* Experience working with CRM systems
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
* Highly organized, persistent, and disciplined with follow-up
* Results-driven and comfortable working against KPIs
