Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement an enterprise architecture management process and tool to provide transparency to the IT landscape.
* Collaborate with competence centers and regions to gather comprehensive insights into the organization's IT environment.
* Lead the implementation of cross-functional applications, such as middleware, to enhance interoperability and efficiency.

* Provide support for the development and implementation of the organization's data strategy, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
* Establish key technologies and implement a process for evaluating new technologies to meet the organization's evolving needs.
* Represent the sector in cross-sector councils and forums, advocating for alignment with group sector policies and objectives.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with group sector policies and standards.
Qualifications
* College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* At least 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture, project management, or related field
* Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies
* Experience with enterprise architecture management tools and processes
* Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion
* Knowledge of data management principles and practices
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IT governance and compliance
* Fluent in English (written and spoken), German language skills are an advantage
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
* Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans
