Key Responsibilities
* Contact and engage prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
* Convert qualified leads into active trading clients.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase retention and trading activity.
* Manage client portfolios and provide ongoing support throughout their trading journey.
* Identify client needs and recommend suitable trading products and services.
* Follow up with inactive clients and re-engage them.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Maintain accurate client records and activities within the CRM system.
* Stay up to date with market trends, company products, and industry developments.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Previous experience in the Forex, CFD, or Financial Services industry is highly preferred.
* Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Native Arabic Speaker
* Target-driven with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment.
* Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
* Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory, with relevant experience.
