Role Type: Full-time
Engagement: Independent Contractor
Key Responsibilities
* Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to prospective leads across assigned territories.
* Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, voicemail drops, and follow-ups.
* Book meetings or product demos for Account Executives.
* Handle objections professionally and nurture cold leads through persistence.
* Track all outreach activity in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or Close).
* Work closely with sales leaders to refine scripts and improve conversion rates.
* Meet and exceed KPIs related to call volume, meetings booked, and lead quality.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in a high-call-volume SDR or cold calling role.
* Strong spoken English with a clear, confident, and persuasive phone presence.
* Resilience to rejection and ability to keep energy high throughout the day.
* Familiarity with dialers, CRM systems, and pipeline tracking tools.
* Proven ability to meet daily/weekly outbound call targets.
* Tech-savvy and highly organized in a remote work environment.
* Coachable, goal-oriented, and excited to grow within a sales organisation.
