SUMMARY
We’re looking for a versatile designer to support Events. An ideal candidate has a background in design, a passion for making and an eagerness to be part of a fast moving and design focused team. The Events Designer will work with a cross disciplinary design team to elevate Dialpad’s event collateral and brand assets. Candidates should have a design background, strong typographic skills and have proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

What you’ll be doing:
* Work in a collaborative, fast pace environment with multiple collaborators
* Design engaging and responsive landing pages
* Solid understanding of UX patterns and best practices
* Efficiently build web assets
* Partner with internal Marketing team, Copywriters, Graphic Designers and Developers to ensure that tasks are completed on time
* Build detailed storyboards for product GIFs and videos
* Play a key role in maintaining and improving our design system library
* Design and usability QA
* Demonstrate a solid understanding of our user journey and recommend solutions to improve the experience and ultimately boost conversions
* Create and own a event system across digital and in person events
* Incorporate brand, messaging, and audience into event design
* Work across teams to ensure all event needs are met.
* Design booths, social cards, SWAG items and more
* Ensure file compatibility and standards for live production
* Help create required sales and marketing collateral for events

Education and Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, industrial design, or interior design, or equivalent experience
* 3+ years of experience in graphic design
