We’re looking for an organised, proactive Accounts Receivable Administrator to support customer payment follow-ups and vendor registrations. This is a coordination and communication role, an accounting background isn’t required.
What you’ll do
* Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices by phone and email.
* Complete and track vendor registrations so customers can process our invoices and payments.

* Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve payment blockers and missing documentation.
* Keep accurate records of follow-ups, registration status and expected payment dates.
* Escalate unresolved issues and keep stakeholders informed.
What you bring
* Confidence making customer calls and following up consistently.
* Clear written and spoken English.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a sense of ownership.
* The ability to manage multiple follow-ups and coordinate across teams.
Nice to have
* Previous experience in collections, customer service or administrative coordination.
* Experience with Salesforce and Business Central.
