Job description

From Lone Wolf Technologies’s job post, as they wrote it.

The Senior Director, Product — Transact is the business owner of Lone Wolf's Transact product line. Transact is our most-used product line and the transaction management platform agents, brokers, REALTOR® associations, and Multiple Listing Services rely on to get deals to the closing table. This role reports to the SVP, Product & Strategy and leads a team of Product Managers across the Transact modules.

Read the full description

This is a business-ownership role, not a feature-management role. Operating as the “Product CEO” for the line, the Senior Director owns the strategy, commercial results, and customer experience of the business, while driving the innovation required to remain the leader in an AI-enabled world.
The Senior Director will lead the future of Lone Wolf Transact, embed AI throughout the transaction workflow to eliminate manual work (in partnership with our Innovation team), and simplify how customers enter and exit the product. They own the Transact P&L, lead the monthly Product Line Review with the leadership team, and serve as the connective tissue across Product, Development, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

Role and Responsibilities:
The Senior Director will lead the future of Lone Wolf Transact, embed AI throughout the transaction workflow to eliminate manual work (in partnership with our Innovation team), and simplify how customers enter and exit the product. They own the Transact P&L, lead the monthly Product Line Review with the leadership team, and serve as the connective tissue across Product, Development, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

What you will own:

* Own the Transact P&L — revenue, bookings, retention, and margin — and report on it through a disciplined, no-surprises monthly Product Line Review.

* Define and defend an outcome-based strategy and roadmap tied to Lone Wolf's financial goals, including clarity on what not to build.

* Embed AI across the transaction workflow — replacing manual steps with conversational automation and digital workers that customers adopt.

* Partner with peer Product leaders so handoffs between Transact and our other product lines are seamless and invisible to the customer.

* Lead, coach, and grow a team of Product Managers who act as owners and innovators, not order-takers.

* Maintain a real-time view of competitors and win/loss dynamics, and equip Sales and Marketing with field-ready battle cards and positioning.

* Own key customer and partner relationships, turning feedback into prioritized action that protects and grows the base.

Requirments:
* 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years leading teams of Product Managers in B2B or vertical SaaS.

* Proven ownership of a product line's commercial results — P&L, bookings, or retention — with strong financial fluency.

* Real estate technology, transaction management, or document and workflow software experience strongly preferred.

* A track record of consolidating or modernizing products and migrating customers off legacy platforms while protecting retention.

* Hands-on experience bringing AI and automation into production workflows with measurable adoption.

* Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a single strategy.
