Responsibilities:
* Review, draft, negotiate, and amend a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, SaaS agreements, consulting agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements, vendor contracts, and customer agreements

* Analyze and adapt non-standard contracts received from clients, partners, suppliers, and other third parties
* Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations, with a particular focus on UK jurisdiction
* Identify legal, financial, and operational risks and provide practical recommendations to stakeholders
* Support contract negotiations with clients and vendors to achieve commercially favorable outcomes
* Collaborate closely with business, sales, operations, finance, and management teams on contractual matters
* Manage the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation through execution and renewal
* Develop and improve contract templates, clause libraries, and internal legal processes
* Conduct legal research on contractual and commercial law matters across various jurisdictions
* Maintain accurate contract records and ensure proper document management practices
* 3–5 years of experience as a Contract Lawyer, Commercial Lawyer, Legal Counsel, or similar role
* Strong experience working with UK commercial contracts and UK legal frameworks
* Experience supporting contracts across multiple jurisdictions
* Proven ability to review and negotiate both standard and highly customized agreements
* Experience working with B2B commercial contracts in international business environments
* Strong understanding of contract law, risk assessment, and legal compliance principles
* Ability to identify legal risks and propose practical business-oriented solutions
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
* High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
* Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously
* Fluent English (written and spoken)
