David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor for their office in Athens, Greece.
Position: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Athens, Greece

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
* Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction

* Build sustainable customer relationships through clear and effective communication
* Provide accurate and complete information using internal tools and processes
* Meet individual and team performance targets and quality standards
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account-related activities
* Follow internal communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Native or near-native German speaker with excellent communication skills and natural accent, with good command of English
* Previous customer service experience is considered an advantage
* Strong phone communication and active listening skills
* Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different customer profiles
* Good MS Office skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
* Dedicated and professional setup suitable for hybrid work.
