What you’ll do
* Design sourcing strategies: Find, engage and assess candidates utilizing different social media platforms, tools, and techniques.
* Craft and monitor recruitment campaigns to ensure peak efficiency.
* Partner with Recruiters, and HRs to align on position requirements and act as SME for the talent market.
* Market map and ensure TechBiz Global has healthy talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
* Utilize data to optimize sourcing metrics, draw insights and create action plans that support the overall Talent Acquisition strategy.
* Experience in attracting talent through different tools and methods like Linkedin Recruiter, X-ray searching (building boolean strings), Github, events, etc is a plus, but if not available you will receive a proper training
* Ability to multitask and prioritize different projects at the same time and are excited to solve problems and love to challenge the status quo.
* Strong communication in English (both verbal and written).
