In 2026, RTB House launched rtb.com, a self-service platform specifically designed to allow small and medium-sized businesses and agencies to deploy auto-built creatives and maximize performance on any budget.
You Will:
* Prepare business analyses and draw actionable conclusions from data.
* Design and maintain dashboards and reports for key business stakeholders.
* Work with SQL and BigQuery to extract, transform, and analyze data.
* Use Python (pandas) in Colab for deeper data analysis and automation.
* Collaborate with other departments on data-driven projects.
* Manage code repositories and contribute through Git/GitHub.
Desired Experience:
* At least 1 year of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
* Solid SQL knowledge and practical experience with relational databases (Google BigQuery is a strong plus).
* Basic Python skills, specifically using pandas for data analysis.
* Strong data visualization skills and experience with at least one BI tool (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
* Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
* The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
* Fluency in both Polish and English.
