Full-Cycle Outbound Sales Representative
Wing is on the exciting mission of redefining the future of work for companies worldwide! We are looking to be the one-stop shop for companies that are looking to build world-class teams & place their operations on autopilot.
And we’re looking for a Full-Cycle Outbound Sales Representative to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prospecting: Research prospects and work targeted lead lists.
Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns.
Qualification: Qualify prospects and book discovery appointments.
Closing: Explain digital marketing packages, close deals, and collect payments.
Handoff: Transition closed clients over to the technical team.
Required Tools
No mandatory software requirements.
Qualifications:
Previous sales and lead-generation experience is required.
High reading/comprehension and written skills (for email campaigns and understanding service packages), plus fluent spoken English with a neutral accent preferred (for confidently conducting discovery calls and closing sales).
Willingness to learn the client's specific digital marketing packages, sales process, and handoff procedures.
Technical Requirements:
USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
Working Webcam
Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Salary Package: Up to ₱70K/month
