Role Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a Founding Engineer to take on broad technical ownership in a fast-moving environment. You'll help shape the technical direction, build core systems from the ground up, and wear multiple hats as needs evolve.

* Design, build, and ship core product features from the ground up
* Make key architectural and technical decisions with long-term impact

* Work closely with founders/leadership to translate vision into technical execution
* Take ownership across the stack — front-end, back-end, infrastructure, and beyond
* Establish engineering practices, tooling, and standards early on
* Adapt quickly as priorities and requirements shif
Requirements
* 5+ years of software engineering experience, including early-stage or startup experience
* Strong full-stack development skills and system design fundamentals
* Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities
* Excellent communication and ownership mindset
* Track record of shipping and scaling products independently
Nice-to-Haves
* Experience as an early engineer or co-founder at a startup
* Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered product development
* Experience hiring and mentoring engineers as a team grows
