Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Team Leadership:
* Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

3. Product Knowledge:
* Possess a deep understanding of chemical products, specifically rubber, EVA, thermoplastic compounds, processing aids, additives, fillers for industrial applications, and related chemical products.
4. Sales Experience:
* Demonstrate a successful track record in chemical sales, with a focus on rubber, EVA, thermoplastic compounds, processing aids, additives, fillers for industrial applications, and related chemical products.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in chemical or related industries.
* Strong leadership and team-building skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Demonstrated proficiency in English and Vietnamese languages.
* In-depth knowledge of rubber, EVA, thermoplastic compounds, and related chemical products.
