* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
* 10+ years' experience in Oracle EPM.
* 5+ full project lifecycles delivered successfully.
* Proven team leadership and people management capability.
* Experience in business development and presales engagement.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client‑facing skills.

* Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee end‑to‑end Oracle EPM project delivery, ensuring on‑time and high‑quality outcomes.
* Build and maintain strong client partnerships.
* Lead requirements analysis, solution design, and implementation of Oracle EPM applications.
* Drive full-cycle Oracle EPM deployments across modules such as Planning & Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, PCM, and EDM.
* Ensure all outputs meet best‑practice standards.
