Position: Data Analyst (Financial/Bookkeeping/Reconciliation)
Number of hours: 20/40 hours/week
Schedule: BST
Tasks required:
* Extract, clean, and analyze data from Xerox accounting, Unleashed manufacturing procurement, Shopify, Amazon, and ShipBob.
Perform financial analysis and
* create reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key financial metrics.

* Provide insights to optimize procurement, sales, and fulfillment processes.
* Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial data reporting and forecasting.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations for operational improvements.
* Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all platforms.
* Other tasks as assigned
* Requirements:
* Proven work experience as a Data Analyst, Bookkeeping, Financial Accounting, or a relevant role is required
* Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Strong experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
* Familiarity with data extraction, reconciliation, and manipulation fromplatforms like Shopify, Amazon, ShipBob, and accounting systems.
* Ability to work with large datasets and draw actionable insights.
* Four key attributes are needed: high intelligence, problem-solving/initiative, dependability, and ability to access and navigate relevant APIs.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
