We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in managing software development projects to join our team.
What you'll do:
* Lead and oversee software development projects from start to finish.
* Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients or stakeholders.
* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

* Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Promote best practices in Agile, Scrum, or other frameworks used by the team.
What we are looking for:
* 4+ years of experience managing software development projects across distributed teams.
* Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and lifecycle (SDLC).
* Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
* Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
* Experience with version control and issue-tracking systems (e.g., Git, Jira).
* Solid technical understanding of software systems.
* Proficiency in English (C1-C2), both written and spoken.
Nice to have:
* Scrum Master certification is highly valued.
* A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field.
