Your Mission
As a Solutions Technician, you will serve as a trusted resource for customers, dealers, service providers, and other stakeholders seeking support for Autocar products.
Key Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot truck issues over the phone using strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
* Guide customers and service personnel through effective troubleshooting and repair processes.
* Investigate and resolve technical concerns involving Autocar vehicles.
* Deliver timely and professional support to anyone seeking assistance with an Autocar product.
* Drive issues to resolution while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
* Follow established processes while demonstrating persistence and creativity in identifying the best solution.
Required skills and experience
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to remain calm and effective while managing technical issues.
* Process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Previous electrical diagnostic experience.
* Experience supporting heavy-duty trucks, commercial vehicles, or related equipment.
* Background in technical support, service operations, maintenance, or repair environments.
